Evening Meze Class

• Prepare traditional Greek meze dishes, including Cretan dakos and tzatziki, with guidance from local cooks.
• Taste locally produced Greek red or white wine and spirits paired with a selection of shared meze dishes.
• Enjoy Greek coffee prepared in a traditional sand cooker with spoon sweets, yoghurt and loukoumia.

Child policy: - This activity is not recommended for children under 16 years of age. - Alcoholic drinks are available only to participants aged 18 years and above. Good to know: - The class lasts approximately three hours and is suitable for beginners. - Ingredient substitutions are available for most dietary requirements when requested at least 24 hours in advance. - Bringing and consuming your own alcohol is prohibited. - Participants must drink responsibly and behave respectfully towards other participants and staff. - Some dishes, including beef meatballs and courgette fritters, are prepared in advance and cooked during demonstrations. - Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled class. - The cooking experience takes place in an air-conditioned classroom.
